Bids will be accepted until October 13th and will be brought back to the Board on <br /> November 51h <br /> Commissioner Gordon said that the resolution does not indicate the minimum bids. <br /> She said the minimum bid amounts should be included in the resolution. Also, she does not <br /> think that the values are high enough. <br /> Pam Jones said that the appraisal company said that there was compressed time and <br /> they had trouble finding comparables because there is not a lot of property selling.
