Subsequent funding in future <br />years is contingent upon the availability of grant funds. <br />Section 9.This ordinance supersedes all previous "Senior Citizen Health Promotion" Grant <br />Project Ordinances. <br />Section10.This project, originally adopted May 2, 1994 and subsequently amended, is in <br />effect through June 30, 2009. <br />Modified this 16th day of June 2009. <br />
