This will also include any roll up door re-work or <br />electrical re-work that may be needed per the owner's <br />direction. <br />3 <br />Landscaping and tree removal allowance. <br />$ 6,000 <br />4 <br />Maintain water supply for Dollar Tree during Fire Backflow <br />$ 3,000 <br />Preventor switchout. <br />5 <br />Install fourteen Convex Mirrors to include installation and <br />$ 3,990 <br />adjustments. <br />6 <br />Interior Signage for the project per the owner and <br />$ 17,000 <br />architects direction. <br />7 <br />Stainless Steel corner guards supply and install. Locations <br />$ 4,920 <br />and amounts to be determined by owner. <br />8 <br />Owner provisions for rough in at meeting rooms to include <br />$ 16,00-0 <br />smart boards, projectors, panduit, electronic message <br />board, bulletion boards, flat panel monitors, podium, a/v <br />system.
