0 <br />RIESOLUTE Hillsborough Office Commons Phase Two — GMP Proposal <br />THE RESOLUTE BUILDING COMPANY Criteria <br />Division 3: Concrete <br />1 The GMP Proposal includes concrete slab on grade to patch trenches for new plumbing <br />underground and electrical floor boxes. Concrete for slabs on grade shall be 3,000 psi, 4" <br />thick, wire mesh reinforced, placed on 6mil plastic vapor barrier on top of 4" stone <br />subgrade. <br />2. The GMP Proposal excludes any concrete work or special finishes, aggregates, <br />admixtures or mix designs. Should the Owner request any of these items, they may be <br />added later. <br />3. The GMP Proposal includes concrete footings for interior columns at main entry per the <br />design documents. All concrete to be 3,000 psi. <br />Division 4: Masonry <br />1 The GMP Proposal includes block masonry construction for patching interior and exterior <br />walls for openings at the front of the building and at the interior of the main entry as <br />indicated by the documents. <br />2. The GMP Proposal is based on patching existing block and may not be a perfect match to <br />the existing block. <br />Division 6: Steel <br />1. The GMP Proposal includes Structural Steel construction as indicated by the documents <br />2. The GMP Proposal includes Miscellaneous Steel construction for lintels at new door and <br />window openings along the front of the building. <br />3. The GMP Proposal includes Miscellaneous Steel construction for pipe rails at rear <br />handicap ramp and skylight support bracing. <br />4. The GMP Proposal has not anticipated any special shapes, fabrication, or coatings as <br />none are anticipated to be required. <br />Division 6: Woods and Plastics <br />1 The GMP Proposal includes in-wall blocking and nailers for wall mounted items. In-wall <br />blocking shall be fire retardant wood or metal. <br />2. The GMP Proposal includes roof nailers and roof blocking for installation of skylights only. <br />HAEMPROJECTSWCURGIVII?
