"Your IP Communications -Convergence Partner" <br />Relartianal <br />Tec~`ndogy solutions <br />Specific to this Scope of Work, the following actions will occur as part of the cutover process: <br />^ Cutover will occur at a time mutually agreed upon time by the Customer and RTS. <br />• Disruptive cutover activities will be performed after hours. <br />• , RTS will assure health of all hardware and services involved in the Scope of Work before commencing <br />work, identifying and recording all alarms and errors. If any alarms and/or errors exist, a "go / no go" <br />termination will be made. <br />• Non-disruptive tasks shall be performed during business hours, unless specifically stated otherwise in <br />this document. <br />• On Site Technician connects ports to distribution system. <br />• On Site Technician connects ports to Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) and the Inter-Exchange (IXC) <br />Trunks <br />• On Site Technician places & initializes Phones <br />• On Site Technician makes test calls, intra-system, inter-system, and to the Public Switched Telephone <br />Network (PSTN) <br />^ Test "9, 911" and "911" <br />^ Status the health of the system and resolve or account for any errors or alarms that exist on the system, <br />to the satisfaction of the Customer. <br />• Installation is considered complete. <br />5.5.2 First Day of Business <br />RTS will: <br />^ Provide an on-site Technician to resolve any physical problems resulting from this project. Activities are <br />performed during business hours, Monday through Friday; excluding designated holidays. The staffing <br />period for this resource is 8 hours. <br />^ Perform Final Registration with Avaya <br />5.6 Solution Assurance <br />After installation is complete, the installed system will be tested with the Customer present. If the system is <br />installed in good working order, In accordance with the applicable documentation, the system will be deemed <br />In-Service, and the Customer will sign RTS' Acceptance Document. After the In-Service date, service work is <br />warranted for a period of 30 calendar days. <br />6 RTS and Customer -Obligations and Cures <br />6.1 RTS <br />RTS warrants that the Services will materially conform to the specifications set forth in this SOW upon <br />completion thereof. If RTS fails to provide the Services as warranted and Customer notifies RTS of such non- <br />-12- <br />This document is proprietary and confidential to Relational Technology Solutions. <br />Unauthorized distribution is prohibited. <br />
