~~ <br />Technology Sdutions <br />"Your IP Communications -Convergence Partner" <br />• In a coordinated effort, RTS will apply the agreed upon IP information to the equipment involved in this <br />project, specific to the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, VLAN, and DNS, provided by the <br />customer. <br />• All equipment will be tested for connectivity, and any connectivity issues will be identified. <br />• RTS will work with the customer in the resolution of all connectivity issues, specific to this project. Re- <br />testing will occur until a satisfactory solution is reached. <br />• The Customer will provide RTS with information on the existing system's programming, pertinent to this <br />project. <br />5.2.3 Registration and Staging <br />RTS will perform the following <br />• Pre-Registration of system with Avaya <br />• Prior to hardware installation, RTS will perform the following activities: <br />• Inspect equipment for quality and quantity. <br />• Report any shortages or overages to project coordinator. <br />• Assemble hardware and firmware components. <br />• Create and download all necessary Remote Feature Activation (RFA) license(s) and password <br />file(s) needed for the new implementation /upgrade. <br />• Install the RFA files on the involved systems. <br />• Load system and application software, patches, firmware upgrades, system translations and <br />system configurations. <br />• Test application, including solution components, component integration and call processing. <br />5.3 Product Preparation <br />5.3.1 Hardware Installation <br />The RTS-assigned Field Engineer will: <br />• Unpack, inspect and inventory hardware. <br />• Install hardware and connect all adjuncts to Communication Manager Server, if applicable. <br />• Install software and firmware upgrades, if applicable. <br />• Observe units upon power-up and verify successful completion of self-test diagnostics. <br />5.3.2 System Software and Network Translations <br />RTS will: <br />• Activate Customer's dial plan, based on system requirements. <br />• Program system Software and Network Translations (SNT's) for Customer. <br />• This task includes: <br />• One ARS table to coincide with COR <br />-9- <br />This document is proprietary and confidential to Relational Technology Solutions. <br />Unauthorized distribution is prohibited. <br />
