1~1191111~IIII1 '~ <br />construed as impairing the ability of Grantors to use this Easement Area for collateral for <br />borrowing purposes, provided that any mortgage or lien arising there from shall be subordinated <br />to this Conservation Easement. The Properly owner shall not convey the Property or any interest <br />therein, and shall not incur, assume, or suffer to exist any lien upon or with respect to the Property <br />without disclosing to the prospective buyer the Conservation Easement and the obligations of the <br />Property owner and limitations on use of the Property. <br />P. The designations Grantor, State and Fund, as used herein shall include <br />the Parties, their heirs, administrators, successors and assigns, and shall include the singular, <br />plural, masculine, feminine or neuter as the context may require. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, its <br />successors and assigns, forever.
