Relates to FY 2003 Munis conversion <br />or activities prior to conversion. Surfacing line item over budget. Sufficient funds were allocated <br />to cover the expenditures however the appropriation was revised downward to an amount below <br />the expenditure amount. <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro Schools <br />Smith Middle School CamDUS -Over budget $395,474. Relates to FY 2003 Munis conversion <br />or activities prior to conversion along with a small amount of expenditures in the first part of <br />FY2004. Construction line item over budget. Sufficient funds were allocated to cover the <br />expenditures but the appropriation was not adjusted. <br />4 <br />Indoor Air Quality -Over budget $1,288,647. Relates to activities from the Fl( 2003 Munis <br />conversion or activities prior to conversion through FY2006. Sufficient funds were allocated to <br />cover the expenditures but the appropriation was not adjusted to the full extent of the <br />expenditures. <br />
