Some services can be contracted out to <br />third parties if found cost effective. <br />Some system of routine inspections should be in place to assure <br />quality control exists. <br />Three: <br />Vehicle maintenance efforts could be enhanced. Many surplus <br />vehicles are stored at the county garage. Disposal of surplus <br />vehicles is needed to free up space at the garage site. There are <br />numerous other site oriented issues. <br />Four: <br />Analysis should be pursued to determine how cost effective <br />vehicle maintenance practices are currently.
