Orange County has notified the Secretary of the North Carolina Department of <br />Crime Control and Public Safety of its intention to grant ,a Special Use Permit at <br />least thirj (30) days beforeting the permit. <br />The Board is required to make affirmative findings of fact based on the testimony of the <br />abDlican S) as to the project's compliance with these standards. <br />PART IS.
