PART IV. That Article 3 Establishment of Zoning District and Atlas, Section 3.10 Interpretation <br />of District Boundaries of the Zoning Ordinance be amended as follows: <br />Section 3.10 Interpretation of District Boundaries <br />a) When there is any uncertainty as to the intended location of any zoning district <br />boundary on the Zoning Atlas, the Zoning Officer shall make an interpretation of <br />said Atlas upon request of any person. Any person aggrieved by any such <br />interpretation may appeal such interpretation to the Board of Adjustment. The <br />Zoning Officer and the Board of Adjustment, in interpreting the Zoning Atlas or <br />deciding any appeal, shall apply the following standards: <br />Boundaries indicated as approximately following the centerlines of streets; <br />highways or alleys shall be construed as following such centerlines; <br />2) Boundaries indicated as approximately following lot lines shall be <br />construed as following such lot lines; <br />31 Boundaries indicated as approximately following City Limits shall be <br />construed as following such City Limits; <br />Boundaries indicated as following railroad lines shall be construed to be <br />the centerline of the main track; <br />Boundaries indicated as following shorelines shall be construed to follow <br />such shorelines; in the event of change in the shoreline, the boundary shall <br />be construed as moving with the actual shorelines; boundaries indicates as <br />approximately following the centerlines of streams, rivers, canals, lakes or <br />other bodies of water shall be construed as following such centerlines; <br />boundaries shown as approximately following designated flood hazard <br />area limits shall be construed as following such limits. <br />6) Boundaries indicated as parallel to or extensions of features indicated in <br />Subsections A through E above shall be so construed. Distances not <br />specifically indicated on the Zoning Atlas shall be determined by <br />reference to the scale of the Atlas. <br />Where physical or cultural features existing on the ground are at variance <br />with those shown on the Zoning Atlas, or in other circumstances not <br />covered by Subsections A through F above, the Board of Adjustment shall <br />interpret the district boundaries. <br />b) In addition the following guidelines shall be required in determining the boundaries <br />of the Special Flood Hazard Area Overlay District: <br />The boundaries of the Special Flood Hazard Area Overlay District shall be <br />determined utilizing the Flood Insurance Study: <br />
