FDPO text into Subdivision Regulations <br />Typical Existing Flood Plain Data <br />Planning Board Recommendation <br />At their March 4, 2009 meeting, the Board voted eight (8) to two (2) to recommend approval of <br />staff's proposal regarding: <br />•incorporating the amended FDPO text into the Zoning Ordinance text; <br />•Creating a new Zoning Overlay District — Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHA); <br />•Affirming the various amendments to the FIRM Map; and <br />"Correcting definitions and references in the text of the Subdivision Regulations to reflect FDPO <br />terminology. <br />Administration Recommendation: <br />•Receive the Planning Board recommendation, <br />•Close the public hearing, and <br />
