F <br />by the Board of Commissioners for the Public Flearing o.n the <br />Preliminary Assessment Role filed with the Clerk of the Board of <br />Commissioners of Orange County pursuant to the direction of the <br />orange County Board of Commissioners and pursuant to the Board's <br />decision to finance a portion of the local share of the cost of <br />paving Bayberry Drive, Azalea Drive, and Azalea Place, roads <br />located in Section I of Morgan Creek Hills Subdivision in Chapel <br />Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina. The Chairman also <br />announced that the Board of Commissioners would immediately hear <br />anyone who might wish to be heard on the Preliminary Assessment <br />Role. Mr. Don Francisco advised the Board that the Department of <br />Transportation had raised a question concerning inclusion of <br />Azalea Place in the project. The County Attorney was directed by <br />the Board to attempt to resolve the question and report to the <br />Board. The public hearing was then continued pending the County <br />Attorney's report. <br />Z, Agatha Ft.
