. r <br />L. <br />NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLE FOR <br />THI: FINAtdGING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF A PQRTION OF THE <br />LOCAL SHARE OF THE COSTS OF PAVING BAYBERRY DRIVE, <br />AZALEA DRIVE, AND AZALEA PLACE, ROAbS LOCATED IN <br />SECTION I OF MORGAN CREEK FiILL5 SU33DIVISION, IN <br />CHAPEL HILL TOWNSIiIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORT~I CAROLINA <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article 9. of <br />Chapter 153A of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the Com- <br />missioners for Orange County have confirmed the Assessment'Role <br />for the fi~tancing by Orange County of a portion of the local spar <br />of the cast of paving I3ayberxy Drive, Azalea Drive, and Azalea <br />Place, roads locate$ in Section I af. Morgan Creek Hills Subdivisi <br />located in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina, ir~ <br />Coto. Pursuant thereto: <br />1. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Orange, ~ <br />North Carolina, met in regular session in the Courthouse in Hills <br />borough, North Carolina, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., on January 23, 197 <br />2. The Chairman announced that this was the hour and day <br />fixed by the ijoard of Commissioners far the continuation of the <br />Public Hearing begun on December 5, 1977 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. <br />concerning the Preliminary Assessment Role pursuant to the Board' <br />decision to finance a portion of the local share of the cost of <br /> <br />paving Bayberry Drive, Azalea Drive, and Azalea Place, roads <br />located in Section I of Morgan CreeY. Hills Subdivision, located <br />in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina. <br />3. All persons attending the Public Hearing and wishing t <br />be heard were recognized by the Chairman and were heard. <br />4. On January 23, 1978, the Board confirmed the Assessmen <br />Role and directed its delivery to the Orange County Tax Collector <br />5. The Assessments confirmed by the Eoard may be paid wit - <br />out interest at any time before the expiration of 30 days from th <br />date of the publication of this Notice.
