Harvey, Zoning Enforcement Officer with Orange County, North Carolina, DO <br />HERCBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Article Twenty (20} of the Orange <br />County Zoning Ordinance I have mailed, or have caused to be mailed, by certified mail a Notice of <br />Public Hearing to be held regarding the processing of a Zoning Atlas Amendment petition initiated by <br />Planning Staff and the property owners, Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Mary Beth Helgevold, to rezone <br />portions of their property at 214 Phelps Road (TMBL 2.46..40H /PIN 9866-58-5983) in the <br />following mariner: <br />a. Rezone a 46,500 square foot portion of the subject property fram Existing <br />Commercial Five (EC-5) to Agricultural Residential (AR), and <br />b.
