Commissioner Jacobs asked Geof Gledhill if the Planning staff goes onto property <br />without permission for elevation assessments and Geof Gledhill said no, but they only respond <br />to permit requests. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Nelson to <br />adjourn the public hearing until April 21, 2009 to receive the Planning Board recommendations <br />and any submitted written comments. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />2.
