Wildlife Resources Commission and <br />N.C. A proposed road crossing <br />would require a General Isolated Wetlands <br />Permit or a General 401 Water Quality <br />Certification. <br />With respect to the EA additional data is <br />needed to provide a more accurate depiction <br />
