Public Comments <br /> a. Matters not on the Printed Agenda <br /> Jim Dooley was representing the Chamber of Commerce and spoke about Hillsborough <br /> Hog Day on June 19-20. He distributed some gifts to the County Commissioners. <br /> Margaret Cannel) thanked the Board of County Commissioners for all of their support of <br /> Hillsborough Hog Day. She thanked the Solid Waste Department for helping them make this a <br /> "green" event. <br /> Susan Rice works for Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitor's Bureau and asked all Orange <br /> County employees in the audience to stand. She is a single mother. She said that working for <br /> the County has been a good thing, but this year balancing the budget will be hard. According <br />
