She asked if fair funding was in addition <br /> to this and Donna Coffey said yes, it is included in the $85.4 million and is about $988,000. <br /> Laura Blackmon said that this should be listed separately. <br /> Commissioner Gordon asked that the agendas be sent out as soon as possible with <br /> the decision points. <br /> Commissioner Hemminger said to list all of the facilities on the PowerPoint. She said <br /> that she would like to see the debt service broken out in a separate line. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said this is the one opportunity to educate the public. He said <br /> that at the budget public hearings there will have to be more detail. He said that the extra <br /> funds and the accomplishments need to be highlighted for the public because the budget is <br /> not as bad as it was originally thought.
