Economic Development Commission — New Appointment <br /> The Board considered making new appointments to the Economic Development <br /> Commission. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Pelissier to <br /> appoint Lee Rafalow to Position #1 with a term expiring June 30, 2011; Alan Rosen to Position <br /> #2 with a term expiring June 30, 2010; Brian Russell to Position #13 with a term expiring June <br /> 30, 2011; and Rob Gray to Position #15 with a term expiring June 30, 2011. <br /> VOTE UNANIMOUS <br /> a. Orange County Board of Adjustment— New Appointment <br /> The Board considered making new appointments to the Orange County Board of <br /> Adjustment. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Yuhasz to <br /> appoint Mark Michol and David Blankfard to the Orange County Board of Adjustment to first full <br /> terms expiring June 30, 2011. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> b. Recreation and Parks Advisory Council — New Appointments <br /> The Board considered making new appointments to the Recreation and Parks Advisory <br /> Council. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Nelson to <br /> approve the recommendation appointing Richal Vanhook to the Cedar Grove Township <br /> Position #3 with a term expiring March 31, 2012; and Vanessa De Nijs to the Cheeks Township <br /> Position #6 with a term expiring March 31, 2012. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Chair Foushee to appoint <br /> Clay Hudson to the Carrboro City Limits Position #1 with a term expiring March 31, 2012. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 11.
