Absent: , None **~**~**:r*****~*****~r*****~**~r******~r~*x****~****~r*~c*********~* The following resolution was read to the Board: PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLE FOR THE FINANCING $Y ORANGE COUNTY OF A PORTION OF THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE COST OF PAVING BAYBERRY DRIVE, AZALEA DRIVE, ANp AZALEA PLACE, ROADS LOCATED. IN SECTION T OF MORGAN CREEK HILLS SUBDxVISION LOCATED IN CHAT?EL HILL TOWNSITYP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA: . WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County has directed the County Manager to prepare a Preliminary Assessment Role to contain a brief description of each lot, parcel or tract of land assessed, the basis for the assessment, the amount assessed against each, the terms of payment, ~'- and the name of the owner of each lot, parcel or tract as far as this can be determined from the county tax records; and WHEREAS, the County Manager has reported that assess- ment role has been completed per the instructions of the County Commissioners. IT 7:S HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: The County Manager shall file the assessment role as completed with the Clerk of the Board of Commissicners of Orange County to be made available for public inspection. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that a public hearing on all matters covered by the Preliminary Assessment Role will be held on December 5, 1977, at 1p:p0 o'clock a.m., during the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Orange County, Orange County Courthouse, Hillsborough, North Carolina.
