We will be calling or emailing to check on quorum. The
work plan discussion for the coming year will be very important. We will discuss more of the content of that meeting later tonight.
Jeffrey Schmitt: I thought we killed this TDR issue three separate times. Here it appears again.
Brian Crawford: The Planning Board tried to kill it but it seems the Board of County Commissioners doesn't want it to die just yet.
Larry Wright: It was my understanding it was tabled.
Craig Benedict: The comments from the Planning Board were forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners. They agreed it
was not the time to pursue this while you were in the midst of the Comprehensive Plan update. Their motion was to delay it and
readdress it after the Comprehensive Plan is complete. This is part of our readdressing process.
Perdita Holtz: The action at the Quarterly Public Hearing to the Board to accept the report so that we can close out the
consulting contract. The consult contract has been sitting in limbo for two years. It doesn't mean that they are going to
implement a TDR program.
Jeffrey Schmitt: In laymen's language, what does that mean?
