Assist with the coordination of meetings <br />with planning partners and County <br />departments. <br />It should be noted that this Task will require the review of the proposed revised <br />Ordinance sections from other County departments and stakeholders in the <br />process. The identified timeline will only work so long as various participants can commit <br />their resources to completing various tasks. <br />DELIVERABLES: At the conclusion of this Task, staff anticipates having the following <br />elements completed /approved by the County Board of Commissioners: <br />1. A final draft UDO for presentation at the May 2010 Quarterly Public Hearing, <br />2. Closeout documents on the consultant end of the project for review and approval <br />by the BOCC, and <br />3. Staff reports on progress and consultant costs to the BOCC. <br />The final draft UDO would be forwarded to the Planning Board for its final review over the <br />summer with an anticipated return to the BOCC for a final review and decision in <br />August/September 2010. <br />
