Section 2- UDO Continued Attachment 4.4 17 <br />TASK THREE - DEVELOPMENT OF FINAL DRAFT OF THE UDO /SCHEDULING OF <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />In completing this Task, staff will develop the draft of the proposed UDO for review and <br />discussion. This will be the final draft document intended to identify problem areas or <br />inconsistencies that will need to be addressed prior to scheduling the public hearing to <br />review the document. <br />I. Develop a final draft of complete UDO (February 2010) <br />II. Conduct community outreach meetings to outline revised sections and <br />annotated outline. Staff anticipates holding two (2) community outreach <br />meetings (March 2010) <br />III. Solicit courtesy review comments on the proposed revisions from County staff, <br />planning partners, the County Attorney's office, and applicable advisory boards <br />(February through April 2010) <br />IV. Finalize work with consultant (March 2010) <br />V. Report findings to the BOCC (Anticipated for presentation at an April 2010 <br />BOCC regular meeting) <br />VI. Schedule Public Hearing — slated for presentation at the May 2010 Quarterly <br />Public Hearing. <br />TIMEFRAME: Task Three (3) should take approximately three (3) months. <br />STAFF INVOLVEMENT: From an organization perspective, the following planning staff <br />shall be working on the completion of Task Three (3): <br />Staff Member: <br />Involvement/Task: <br />Time Commitment: <br />Craig Benedict, Planning <br />1.
