Section 2- LIDO Continued <br />WORK PROGRAM: <br />12 <br />In developing a UDO, the Planning Department shall utilize the following three (3) tiered <br />work program: <br />A. Project Initiation and development of annotated outline, <br />B. Development of initial working draft of the UDO, and <br />C. Preparation of final draft of the UDO and scheduling and holding of a public <br />hearing. <br />Each task will require staff to conduct meetings with local stakeholders and interest <br />groups to report progress as well as solicit feedback on various findings. The ultimate <br />goal is to foster a greater understanding on how the final document will be organized and <br />promote a greater understanding on the various regulatory guidelines, and their impact, <br />on land development within the County. <br />The County has budgeted approximately $36,700.00 for the project, which will need to <br />cover costs associated with advertising and holding the necessary community outreach <br />meetings and public hearings on the project as well as pay for consultant services to <br />update existing graphics and forms. Prudent fiscal management will be essential to <br />complete the project, as proposed under existing financial constraints. <br />The following is a detailed breakdown of the work program that will be utilized in <br />completing the project: <br />
