Orange County will assess the financed portion of the <br />total local share according to the basis set out in number <br />2 above which financed portion of the total local share repre- <br />sents approximately seventy--seven percent (77$) of the total <br />project cost. <br />4. No assessments of this project will be held in <br />abeyance. <br />5. The assessments shall be paid in the following <br />manner: <br />a. Within thirty (30) days after the notice of <br />conformation of the assessment role is published, <br />each owner of the property may pay his assessment <br />in full. <br />b. Any assessment not paid in full as provided <br />above shall be paid in 5 equal annual installment:°. <br />with the first such installment, with interest, <br />due 60 days after the date that the assessment <br />role is confirmed, and the remaining installments <br />with interest, due on the same date a.n each <br />successive year until the assessment is paid <br />in full. <br />This resolution is effective upon its passage. <br />Thereupon, Commissioner Norman Gustaveson moved <br />the passage of the foregoing resolution and Commissioner Donald <br />Willhoit seconded the Motion, and.the resolution <br />was passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Richard F~Thitted, Donald.Willhoit~~ <br />Norman Gustaveson, Jan Pinney, and Norman Walker <br />Nces: None . <br />**~*~*~****~******~*********~~*~x*********x*****~***~****~***** <br />.I <br />I, Agatha R.
