Present: Commissioners Richard Whitted, Norman Walker, j Norman Gustaveson, Jan Pinney and Donald Willhoit Absent: ' None ~ ~r:e***~r*~*******~~~r~*~r*~r**~ra~~~r~r~r*********~r~r~r**a~**~r,r~***********x* The following resalutian was read to the Board: FINAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE FINANCING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF A PORTION OF THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE COSTS OF PAVING BAYBERRY DRIVE, AZALEA DRIVE, AND AZALEA PLACE, ROADS LOCATED IN.SECTION I OF MORGAN CREEK HILLS SUB- DIVISION IN CHAPEL HILL TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTX, NORTH CAROLINA WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange ~, County has elected to finance a portion of the local share of the cost of paving Bayberry Drive, Azalea Drive, and Azalea Place, roads located in Section I of Mor9'an Creek Hi11s Subdivision, located in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, j i as permitted by North Carolina General Statute ~153A185(4) and as pxovided for in North Carolina General Statute ~153A205(b) I IT IS HEREBX RESOLVED THAT: ~ ].. Orange County shalt undertake financing of a portion of the local share of paving Bayberry Drive, Azalea Drive, and Azalea Place, roads located in Section I of Morgan Creek Hills Subdivision in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina. The amount to be financed by Orange County, is estimated to be $16,694.00 including costs and attorneys fees. No portion of the costs of paving the above roads will be borne by the Department of Transportation or the State of North Carolina. 2. The basis far assessment for the local share of the costs of this project shall be the number of lots served, i or subject to be served, at an equal rate per lat.
