JANUS HOUSE shall submit requests for payment <br />monthly. These requests shall be made on a form provided to JANi~:": <br />HOUSE by COUNTY, which form shall be LEAA form "Detailed Cost <br />Report and Request for Payment for LEAA Grants," until further <br />notice.
