He feels there should be some educational signage about the adjacent landowners' <br />properties and the water supply. He reiterated the importance of trash collection devices. <br />Commissioner Gordon made reference to the proposed rules, number six on page six, <br />"Personal property not authorized by the Orange County ERCD may not be placed within the <br />boundaries of property for more than two consecutive days," and asked why this would be allowed to <br />be placed at all.
