The Task for also recommends <br /> OWASA water and sewer that Orange County, Chapel Hill, and <br /> connections for individual Carrboro provide public water and sewer in <br /> homes within the Historic the Community Enhancement Area where <br /> Rogers-Eubanks community as water and sewer service are to be extended <br /> part of the compensation for the m paying the costs of connecting to water <br /> 37 years of hosting the Orange and sewer. This assistance can take the <br /> County Landfill and other solid form of Community Development Block <br /> <br />waste facilities Grants, other grants, or local funds where <br /> . allowed by state law. Costs for all residents <br /> should be eliminated or minimized to the <br /> extent possible. <br /> Add NCDOT traffic calming bumps on L: TOCH <br /> Rogers Road and decrease speed limit to <br /> 25 mph. The Task Force recommends that P: NCDOT, <br /> Orange County erect "Children Playing" and TOC, OC <br /> "School Bus Stop" signs on Rogers Road. <br /> Residents of the Community Enhancement <br /> Area will identify appropriate locations for <br />. these signs. <br /> Widen Eubanks Road and add shoulders L: TOCH <br /> and turn lanes at landfill facilities. These <br /> areas are extremely unsafe and P: NCDOT, <br /> congested-especially in the mornings. TOC, OC <br /> Given the garbage and UPS trucks and city <br /> buses, Eubanks Road is too narrow to be <br /> safe. <br />0 <br />L = Lead; P =Participatory.
