Johnson, Clerk of the Bcard of Commissioners of Orange County, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 6th day of October , 19 77 , I mailed, by first-class mail, postage prepaid, a copy of the Preliminary Assessment Resolution for the financing by Orange County of a portion of the local share of the cost of paving Bayberry Drive, Azalea Drive, and Azalea Place, roads located in Section I of Morgan Creek Hills Subdivision, in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina, to each owner, as shown on the County tax records of property subject to assessment if the project is undertaken.
