Foushee, and Commissioners <br />15 Alice M. Gordon, Barry Jacobs, Pam Hemminger, Bernadette Pelissier, and Steve Yuhasz <br />16 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Mike Nelson <br />17 COUNTY ATTORNEY PRESENT: John Roberts <br />18 COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: Assistant County Manager Willie Best and Deputy Clerk to <br />19 the Board David Hunt (All other staff members will be identified appropriately below) <br />20 PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Brian L.
