The basis for assessment for the local share of the costs of this project shall be the area of land served by the project at an equal rate per unit of area. 3. Orange Ccunty will. assess the total local share according to the basis set aut in number 2 above which local share represents approximately forty-five percent (45~) of the total project cost. 4. Any assessment not paid in full as provided above shall be paid in 5 equal annual installments with the first such installment, with interest, due when 1978 property taxes are due, a.nd the remaining installments; with interest, due on the same date i.n each successive year untill the assessment is paid in full.
