Solid Waste Director Gayle Wilson introduced Jeff Crate, Vice President, of Draper Aden <br />Associates. <br />Jeff Crate said that Orange County is already a client of Draper Aden and they want <br />Orange County to succeed in the siting project. When it comes to landfill facilities, using the criteria that <br />Orange County has discussed so far, they have sited about 8-9 of them. <br />Lynn Klappich, Team Leader/Project Manager, said that she knows that this process will <br />take time, challenge communications, and challenge timelines and it is a hard process. She <br />said that the most challenging projects for her are the siting projects since they become <br />emotional very quickly. She said that there must be communication from the beginning. She <br />said that the process that Draper Aden uses does find sites, though. The more objective and <br />
