Also, Parks and Libraries could fit under Space/Facilities/Construction Projects. <br />Also, Transportation could fit under Sustainability, or Technology could fit under County <br />Government Efficiency. He said that he did not vote for Solid Waste because the issue about <br />the transfer station is a loose end to him and it is in the works. <br />Commissioner Gordon said that it seems that the Capital Budget and <br />Space/Facilities/Construction Projects go together because one funds the other. <br />Laura Blackmon said that under Capital Budget there are some specific issues listed. <br />The following priorities got at least three votes: <br />Taxes - 5 <br />Loose Ends/Catching up - 5 <br />Justice/Diversity - 5 <br />Economic Development - 4 <br />Green Building - 4 <br />Land Preservation - 4 <br />Space/Facilities/Construction Project Improvements - 3 <br />School Facilities - 3 <br />School Funding Equity - 3 <br />Affordable Housing - 3 <br />Andy Sachs asked the Board if all of these could be done. Chair Carey said that they <br />need to talk about what is included in each of these priorities and what they want to achieve in <br />these areas. <br />Andy Sachs suggested using the list and talking about what is included in each priority <br />and what should be achieved. <br />
