j <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING PRTMP_Rl' ROAbS <br />IN ORA'VGE COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, The Orange County Board of Commissioners has a <br />responsibility and concern for all citizens of <br />Orange County to provide the best roads possible, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, The Orange County Board of Commissioners have dis- <br />cussed at great length the needed improvements to <br />primary x'oads within Orange County and those primary <br />roads leading into Orange County, and <br />WHEREAS, The Orange County Board of Car.~issioners recognizes <br />the need for improvements to the heavily traveled <br />primary roads, namely, Highway 86, between Chapel Hill <br />and Hillsborough, and Highway S4, East of Chapel Hill <br />and leading toward the Research Triangle area. <br />NOW, THEP.~'FOk'.E, BF.
