C. <br />MENTAL HEALTH CENTER <br />pRO~ECT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS The Board of Commissioners of Drange County has agreed to Gonstruct a <br />Mental Health Center, a project which involves the construction of a capital asset, <br />and, - <br />WHEREA5 sufficient funds are available to Orange County from the State of <br />•North Carolina and from the Orange County General Fund to provide a balanced <br />budget wherein revenues available for the project are equal to the appropriations. <br />NOW THEREFORE, The Board of Commissioners of Orange County, North Carolina, <br />in regular session assembled, do ordain; that: <br />1. The sum of three hundred sixty nine thousand five hundred forty <br />dollars .($369,540.00) be appropriated for construction contracts. <br />2. The sum of seven thousand one hundred twenty dollars ($7,120.OD) <br />be appropriated for contingencies. <br />3. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000.00) <br />is estimated to be available from the State of North Carolina; and <br />4. The sum of twenty six thousand six hundred sixty dollars <br />($26,660.00) is to be available by transfers from the General Fund. <br />5. This ordinance shall be entered into the minutes of the Board of <br />Commissioners of Orange County, and Gopies of the ordinance will be filed with <br />the Finance Officer, the Budget Officer, and the Clerk to the Board within five <br />days of its adoption. <br />Adopted this the Sixteenth day of August, 1977. <br /> <br />
