Appointments to the Chapel Hill Board of Adjustment <br />The Board considered two appointments to the Chapel Hill Board of Adjustment. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to appoint <br />Lawrence A. Herst and Emma Jean Levi for terms ending June 30, 2004. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />e. Appointments to the Horace Williams Tract Planning Committee <br />The Board considered two County Commissioner appointments to the Horace Williams Tract <br />Planning Committee. <br />The Board agreed by consensus that Commissioner Brown and Chair Jacobs would serve on <br />this committee. CLOSED SESSION <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner Brown at 10:10 p.m. to <br />go into Closed Session "To consult with an attorney retained by the Board in order to preserve attorney- <br />client privilege between the attorney and the Board regarding Orange County versus Nuclear Regulatory <br />Commission," NCGS § 143-318.11(a)(3) <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />14.
