9 <br />Halkiotis to adjourn to Closed Session to discuss (1) location or expansion <br />of industry and to consult with the County Attorney on the case of Rogers <br />vs. Orange County, et.al. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Chair Carey <br />to adjourn the Closed Session and to reconvene into Regular Session. <br />XIV.
