As proposed by Randall Arendt, and <br />agreed to by participants in the facilitated workshop, the town is in the <br />process of developing an advisory board to the Planning Board, whose <br />members shall reside within the Transition Areas. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Administration recommends that the Board of Aldermen incorporate the changes proposed above in items 2, <br />8, 10, 11, and 12. The Administration also recommends that the Board adopt the attached resolutions. <br />
