This decision will be forwarded to the Orange <br />County Planning Board for their consideration and recommendation prior to the Board of County Commissioners' <br />decision on June 22, 1998. <br />SUMMARY <br />On April 8, 1998, a joint public hearing was held by Orange County, Chapel Hill and Carrboro to consider <br />amendments to the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan, Map and Agreement. <br />All items were referred to the jurisdictions' respective plarming boards for review and recommendations. All <br />recommendations will be forwarded to the Orange County Board of Commissioners on June 22, 1998. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The proposed Joint Planning Area agreements and staff recommendations, as presented in the staff reports, are noted <br />below. <br />Table 1.
