It is further identified as Tract #9 as shown on a plat <br />and survey recorded in Plat Book 38, page 33, Orange County <br />Registry. <br />Boundary Justification: <br />The boundary includes the Cabe - Pratt - Harris Mouse and attendant <br />oubuildings (dog pens and barn). The 27.3 acres are the <br />remaining land of the original tract owned by the Cabe family. <br />
