Vicinity Map <br />Project Schedule <br />The projected starting date is March 1, 1999, and all work must be completed by August 1, 1999. <br />Consultants submitting a proposal must specify a starting date and completion date for the project. <br />Project Budget <br />The project budget is funded from Orange County general revenues. Consultants submitting a <br />proposal must provide, insofar as possible, an estimate of the costs for professional fees, travel, and <br />supplies. Consultants must also provide an estimate of the amount of time to be expended on the <br />project. <br />Type of Contract <br />The type of contract awarded will be on a cost reimbursement basis with a "not -to- exceed" <br />provision. <br />Consultant Selection/Oualifications <br />Consultants or consulting firms will be evaluated in part on the basis of the following criteria: <br />1. The person/firm must have performed satisfactorily on previous National Register <br />Nominations as indicated by the North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources, State <br />Historic Preservation Office; <br />K3 <br />W <br />
