We were granted a <br />zoning special-use permit by the Chapel Hill Town Aldermen for our site <br />plans this past autumn, and site preparations were begun. Our building <br />permit will be issued and our building construction activity initiated shortly. <br />The property that the church owns actually includes two parcels: <br />^ The first parcel is on the west side of Airport Road (7.24.. 19A, <br />9880-21-0778, Tract 756847). It includes about 13.64 acres, a <br />sizable portion of which is in the flood plain/flood fiinge area. <br />^ The second parcel is on the west side of Airport Road also (7.24.. <br />19E, 9880-21-7648, Tract 756846). The entire parcel is subject to <br />a North Carolina.
