These strategies <br />December 1999 <br />will integrate various bond/loan/grant funding scenarios for'report to BOCC on capital recovery <br />options including sewer district tax, sewer rate structure,- and various types 'of assessment strategies. <br />Complete and submit all engineering documentation necessary for state and federal non -CDBG loan <br />and grant applications for the costs of the remaining portion of Phase I and Phase II, and Phases III, <br />September 1999 <br />IV, V and VI as directed by the BOCC. <br />
