Legal assistance in completing the necessary interlocal agreement is funded through the <br />Landfill Enterprise Fund. The siting, planning, design, construction, and operation of future solid waste facilities and related services will be <br />measured in millions of dollars. Precise cost estimates will be developed based on the timing, location, and types of solid waste facilities that <br />the Board of Commissioners ultimately elects to pursue.
