L. Wilkins - Minor Subdivision
This plat proposes the division of a one acre lot from a thirty-two
'acre tract. Access will be acquired through an existing public road. The
Planning Board recommends a variance from the requirement that the sub-
division street be built to State standards. The plat shows a 60 foot ease-
ment which in reality is an old dedicated road which was never built. Two
acre lots have been cut along the right of way and this one acre lot will
adjoin those lots. The Planning Board feels that since the road is an old
existing road, that it not be required to be built to State standards.
