CLASSIFICATION PLAN AMENDMENT <br />The Board amended the Orange County Classification and Pay Plan <br />by (1) changing the title of the class of Children's Librarian to <br />Librarian (same salary grade), (2) changing the title of the class of <br />Assistant to the Library Director to Library Assistant Director and <br />changing the Salary Grade from 67 to 69 and (3) adding the new class of <br />Community Social Services Technician at Salary Grade 60. <br />E. CONTRACT APPROVAL - STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SADDLE CLUB ROAD <br />CONVENIENCE CENTER <br />The Board authorized the use of services of Neville Engineering <br />for certain design work at the Saddle Club Road solid waste convenience <br />center for a fee of $1,500 and authorized the Purchasing Director to <br />execute the necessary paperwork. <br />F. LEASE RENEWAL - CENTEL BUILDING <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the lease <br />renewal with Central Telephone Company-NC from June 1, 1995 through May <br />31, 2000 at a lease rate of $18,375 per year. <br />G. ORANGE/CHATHAM CRIMINAL JUSTICE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM GRANT <br />ACCEPTANCE <br />The Board accepted and authorized the Chair to sign the grant <br />award subject to final review by the County Attorney and staff. <br />VOTE ON THE CONSENT AGENDA: UNANIMOUS <br />
