The thinking was primarily executing contracts <br /> and making payments for the independent facilitator. There has been no thought about any <br /> activities that would commit anyone in the group. <br /> Commissioner Yuhasz said that he wants to make sure that whatever Durham is saying <br /> on behalf of the partnership has in fact been agreed to by all members of the partnership. He <br /> thinks that the wording allows that not to happen. <br />
