156. Choice of Law. This Agreement and any provisions contained herein shall be <br />interpreted under the laws of North Carolina without regard to principles of conflicts of law. <br />157. Communications. Neither Party shall make any public announcement concenimg <br />this Agreement nor the transaction contemplated herein without first obtaining the approval of <br />the other Party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. <br />158. Equal Opportunitv/Non-discrimination. The Parties shall comply with all federal <br />and state requirements conceniing fair employment and employment practices discriminating by <br />reason of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, 'age, creed, veteran's status, or <br />sexual orientation. <br />159. No Third Party Beneficiaries.
